Executive Summary
The Zimbabwe Student Alliance(ZSA) is a Students Organisation whose lifetime commitment is the development of Zimbabwean Students learning outside Zimbabwe through fighting against discrimination and ensuring that the socio-economic and political livelihoods of the students are upheld and their academic rights are not curtailed.

To create such structures and platforms for the promotion of Zimbabwean Students, Learners, Pupils abroad
To create such structures programmes and institutions for the empowerment for young people of Zimbabwe abroad especially students, learners and pupils
To promote a culture of research and use of modern technologies amongst Zimbabwean scholars Abroad
To propagate the use and creation of modern means of communication.
Encourage creativity and competitiveness amongst youths in the field of information, research and communication.
To promote and popularize local global statutes and laws on research.
To eradicate drug abuse, teenage sex, crime and peer preasure in foreign lands where there Zimbabwean scholars.
To promote academic advancement for Zimbabwean scholars abroad.
To financially assist economically disadvantaged Zimbabwean scholars abroad.
To fight for and defend Zimbabwean scholars abroad rights.
To stand as academic advisors for. Zimbabwean scholars abroad.
Strive to rally students of our country to support and unite behind ZSA and actively participate in the struggle and programmes to create a non racial, non sexist, united, democratization and prosperous society;
Promote unity, patriotism and the spirit of internationalism amongst students;
Champion the General interests and Rights of Students in the socio economic and political life of the country and nation;
Strive to work for the educational, moral and cultural upliftment of students, without any intention of making profit.
To unite all Zimbabweans in and out of the country and to forge an understanding and practice of non-racism, non-sexism, and democracy in this process;
To take up the demands of students of Zimbabwean be they social, political, economic or educational;
To forge links with all relevant organisations concerned with the liberation of the oppressed and exploited people of Zimbabwe, in the continent and World;
To strive for a democratic, unitary and non-sexist education system that will prepare all Zimbabweans to partake to the fullest in the building of a democratic society;
To strive for the liberation of Zimbabwean Women and to struggle against the oppression and exploitation of women and build women leadership.
Activities
1. ZSA holds an annual Model United Nations Conference in November.
The Project is aimed at to develop a generation of global advocates, lobbyists and policy makers with an appreciation of negotiation and diplomacy as alternative to violence in the development of relations.
2.) ZSA holds 12 workshops per year in different countries where they are Zimbabwean students.
3.) ZSA holds an annual general meeting in Zimbabwe every January.
4.) ZSA holds a week long youth leadership training in July in different countries where they are Zimbabwean Students.
5.) ZSA holds 6 fundraising events per year in countries where they are Zimbabwean Students.
Programs
1.) ZSA in partnership with Kulani Trust gives out two University Scholarships to financially needy and well deserving students annually.
2.) ZSA sends out a delegation of five to a country with a lot of Zimbabwean students to carry out surveys.

Model United Nations Conference 2011
The Conference that has been named after Johann Wolfgang von Goethe German writer, pictorial artist, biologist, theoretical physicist, and polymath who is considered the supreme genius of modern German literature is set to bring together Zimbabwean Students studying abroad.
The Participants are students who will step into the shoes of ambassadors from UN Security Council member states to debate current issues on the organization's agenda. While playing their roles as ambassadors, student "delegates" make speeches, prepare draft resolutions, negotiate with allies and adversaries.
The event will take place from 25 to 27 November 2011 in the North West Province of South Africa.
All Zimbabwean Students Studying abroad can apply.
